Jumia Overall Policy Introduction

The Jumia platform has requirements on the overall performance of shops and individual product indicators. The platform policy aims to improve the user experience of African buyers through various monitoring means, such as delisting shops and unqualified products, limiting orders of sellers who are unfamiliar with Jumia’s operation, and increasing operating fees. Platform Policy I aims at delisting conditions, and Platform Policy II presents other monitoring measures except for delisting.
