FBJ Module Introduction

Fulfillment by Jumia (FBJ) refers to a logistics model where sellers independently select logistics providers and arrange bulk shipments to Jumia’s local warehouses overseas. Jumia’s local warehouses provide storage and order fulfillment services, enabling local sales and high-speed last-mile delivery. After FBJ sellers complete the preparation of goods in the overseas warehouse, they do not need to take any further actions; all order processing steps (including waybill printing, labeling, warehouse outbound, delivery, etc.) are executed by Jumia’s local overseas warehouse team.

Kind reminder: FBJ order sellers do not need to bear the subsequent freight from the overseas warehouse to the buyer.

1. Currently, Jumia’s overseas warehouse is open to international sellers in 7 sites, which are:

  • Default open English sites: Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana
  • Default open French sites: Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire
  • Arabic site: Egypt (Local store model, please refer to here link for more details)
