回款管理模块全面升级

各位卖家朋友，我们很高兴地宣布，卖家中心（Vendor Center）回款管理功能全新升级！

新增功能：

  • 支持自主选择不同国家的回款方式（本地币回款 Bank Transfer /美金回款Payoneer Integration ）
  • 支持添加多个回款账户，卖家可随时添加新的回款账户或切换默认回款方式
  • 回款方式审核状态可实时追踪

路径：登录Vendor Center > Profile >Payment Information

账户设置须知：

  • 如您还没添加回款方式，请登录Vendor Center进行设置。具体步骤指引可查看

Jumia卖家大学：卖家知识库>财务管理>回款模式>本地币回款

  • 如您目前已成功绑定本地币账户或Payoneer账户，原账户信息已搬迁至Vendor Center，我们强烈建议您登录后台再次核对每个国家的回款账户信息。如无变更需求，请暂勿随意编辑账户信息，以免触发再次审核导致回款延迟。Rejection Reasons（被拒理由）：
  • Please rename the attachment. Only Latin alphabet characters are allowed. 请重新命名附件。只接受拉丁字母字符。
  • Document not valid/readable. 文件无效/无法读取。
  • Document password encrypted. Remove password. 文件已密码加密。请移除密码。
  • Handwritten documents are not accepted. 不接受手写文件。
  • Cheques are not accepted. 不接受支票。
  • Invalid/Closed bank account/RIB/IBAN/Nuban 银行账户/RIB/IBAN/Nuban无效/已关闭。
  • Missing bank stamp. 缺少银行印章。
  • Missing bank account number/RIB/IBAN/Nuban 缺少银行账号/RIB/IBAN/Nuban。
  • Missing bank name 缺少银行名称。
  • Missing phone number 缺少电话号码。
  • Missing beneficiary name 缺少受益人姓名。
  • Missing business registration number 缺少公司注册号。
  • Missing sort code/routing code/bank code 缺少排序代码/路由代码/银行代码。
  • Remove spaces from RIB/IBAN/bank account number 请移除RIB/IBAN/银行账号中的空格。
  • Wrong bank account number/RIB/IBAN/Nuban 银行账号/RIB/IBAN/Nuban错误。
  • Wrong beneficiary name. No special characters allowed. 受益人姓名错误。不接受特殊字符。
  • Wrong business registration number 商业登记号码错误。
  • Wrong bank name 银行名称错误。
  • Wrong branch code 分行代码错误。
  • Wrong phone number 电话号码错误。
  • Wrong sort code/routing code/bank code 排序代码/路由代码/银行代码错误。123123.png
