为了更好地利用仓库资源，提高仓库使用与周转效率，针对海外仓账户及直邮退货至海外仓的不可售（Non-Sellable）商品，Jumia 将于2023年7月1日起执行自动退货新规。
新规不会增加卖家的工作量，而是减少了卖家回复的环节，加快了不可售产品处理流程。仓库将不可售商品统一打包好放在退货区域，等待卖家上门取货。如果卖家决定不取回商品，无需做任何操作，仓库会在取货时效过后自动销毁不可售商品。

*新规不包含Aged（在仓库超期未售） 产品。
*系统发送待取货邮件标题：[seller name], your Jumia return item(s) are ready for pickup in Jumia
*若选择提货，卖家需在卖家中心后台填写提货信息并在规定时效内取货，具体操作通过卖家提货系统操作查看。

Dear sellers,
In order to make better use of warehouse resources and improve warehouse utilization and turnover efficiency, Jumia will implement a new automatic return policy for Non-Sellable items under FBJ account and DS items which return to the warehouse from July 1, 2023.
The new rules will not increase the workload of sellers, but reduce the links of sellers to reply and speed up the process of handling non-sellable products. The warehouse will pack the Non-sellable items and put them in the return area, waiting for the seller to pick up the goods. If the seller decides not to take back the item, no action is required and the warehouse will automatically forfeit the Non-sellable item after the collection SLAhas expired.
