- Create a CO application: Create a Consignment Order (replenishment plan) in the background.
- Labeling and packaging: Print and paste SKU barcodes and outer box labels.
- Logistics appointment: Contact the freight forwarder to ship the goods and update the shipping status in the system.
Phase 4: Finance and Payment Collection Settings (Finance)
- Bind a payment collection tool: Bind a Payoneer or Lianlian Pay account.
- Policy check: If the account meets the conditions, confirm whether it has enjoyed the 45-day or 3-month storage fee waiver for new sellers in 2026.
Phase 5: Daily Operation Monitoring (Optimization)
- Maintain Seller Score: Monitor QRR (Return Rate) and ACR (Rating).
- Keep inventory stable: Always pay attention to the inventory of each product in the overseas warehouse and conduct targeted replenishment in a timely manner according to the logistics delivery time.
