1. How to calculate storage fees

1.1 Download the storage fee report and read the following key fields:

Column A: Date when the storage fee is charged

Column B: Storage fee

Column C: Transaction number

Column E: Product title

Column F: Seller SKU

Column G: Jumia SKU

Column H: Amount charged (Calculated as local currency)

Column Q: This column contains supplementary information. You can ignore information such as vendor age, age factor, sku age, etc., and directly check the quantity, which refers to the number of available products in stock for the SKU.

Explanation: Each row of fee details represents the number of available products in stock for a particular SKU on that day, and thus the total storage fee charged for that day is XXX amount.

2. How to calculate commissions

• Confirm the commission rate for the category to which the SKU belongs. When determining the commission rate, please be sure to refer to the commission category details table (click here) and confirm the commission rate based on the product category path.
• When the product shows as delivered, the system will automatically deduct the sales commission.
• Convert the proportion based on the deducted sales commission and the actual sales price. If the proportions are consistent, the deducted commission amount is correct.
