• The specific updates are as follows:

1. Optimization of Store Name Management

Once a seller’s KYC status turns green ( Approved ), the store name can no longer be modified. This measure prevents unauthorized changes to store information after verification, ensuring the integrity and consistency of platform data.

2. Optimization of Cancellation Logic for Shipped Consignment Orders

For consignment orders with a “Shipped” status, the cancellation button is now disabled. This update is designed to prevent accidental cancellations and potential inbound delivery failures at the warehouse.

3. Adjustment of Replenishment Limit Rules

Previously, replenishment was restricted if the available stock exceeded 20 units. This limit has been removed, allowing sellers to restock regardless of current inventory levels. This change helps sellers better prepare their inventory for promotions and peak sales periods.

4. End-to-End User Registration Guidance (UI/UX) – Chinese Version

This optimization simplifies the entire store registration, from process from initial data entry to final submission by redesigning the Chinese copy, and enhancing the step-by-step guidance. These improvements reduce confusion and errors at each stage, leading to higher registration success rates, faster completion times, and lower operational support costs.
