Admission Requirements
To ensure product quality and customer experience, sellers applying to join must meet the following requirements:
1. Proof of Sales Capability
- General Brands Requirement:
Total sales of refurbished products in the last 90 days prior to the application date must reach RMB 100,000 or more (corresponding invoices must be provided).
- Apple Brand Special Requirement:
If planning to sell Apple refurbished products, additional invoices for Apple refurbished goods with a cumulative value of RMB 500,000 or more must be provided.
2. Proof of Operational
Experience Please provide backend screenshots or performance reports from other mainstream e-commerce platforms or sales channels to demonstrate relevant operational history and business scale.
3. Proof of Refurbishment Capability
Your company must possess independent product refurbishment capabilities, including a professional refurbishment workshop, to ensure that refurbished products are close to new in appearance and functionality. Each product must undergo strict functional and performance testing to ensure reliability.
4. Sample Image Requirements
Prepare the following 10 high-resolution sample images for product and packaging review:
- Exterior of the shipping box
- Interior of the shipping box (only white or brown inner boxes allowed)
- Overall view of packaged products inside the box
- Top view of the product
- Bottom view of the product
- Complete images of all four sides of the product
5. Operational Performance
Standards For new registrants or within 90 days of starting sales, the Quality Return Rate (QRR) must be maintained below 5%, and a 3-month warranty must be provided free of charge. We expect partners to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and operational standards.
6. Additional Brand Requirements
Some branded products may require additional inspection process documents to ensure compliance with the brand’s quality standards.
