Vendor Center is a brand new seller center launched by Jumia. Sellers who join from June 1, 2023 onwards can only log in and use Vendor Center (the old Seller Center has been expired).

1. Vendor Center Overview

Vendor Center(VC) is a brand-new seller center with the following advantages:

• One-time registration activates all seller sites, eliminating the need for separate site activations.
• One-click product uploads synchronize across multiple sites, eliminating the need for separate site operations.
• VC currently supports integration with ERP systems for product listings and other operations.

2. Vendor Center Login

• Login URL: https://vendorcenter.jumia.com/sign-in
• Login ID: Your registered email address.
• Password: The password you created during store registration.

3. What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply click “FORGOT PASSWORD?” to initiate a password reset (please refer to the image below for details)

4. How to switch languages ​​in the Vendor Center backend:

Log in to Vendor Center and click the bottom right corner to switch the language to Chinese/English/Arabic/French.
