Automatic Removal Policy for Unapproved Products After 90 Days

1. Removal Mechanism

Target Products: Products that have never passed QC (Quality Control) within 90 days (click this link for policy details).

  • Reminder Trigger: The system will automatically trigger a reminder 60 days after a product’s review has been rejected.
  • Grace Period: The system will provide sellers with a 30-day grace period and display a clear warning and estimated deletion date on the Vendor Center (homepage, product listing page, and product details page).
  • Seller Actions: Products to be deleted must be modified and resubmitted within the 30-day grace period to re-trigger review and retain the product. Each modification/update will reset the grace period countdown.
  • Final Processing: If no action is taken within 30 days, the system will delete the product.
